Nice hotel. There is pharmacy and store in the hotel. Water you can get at bar, for free. Food was very nice. You can take taxi to the marina. There is also hard rock cafe near by...

When we went to check in they couldn't find our booking even though we had booked directly on their website so it took 45 minutes and we weren't even offered a glass of water. We had four children with us and they gave us rooms so far away that we had to either carry the pushchair up and down steps to get there or take a lift to the first floor and then walk turning right and left and right and then take a lift again and walk some more. The were very few nice staff. You have to tip upfront. I often had to go find knives and forks in the restaurant. When we asked for water they would bring four glasses for five people. The reception manager was very nice and found us better rooms. The rooms were never cleaned properly. I was never offered a high chair for my child who had to spend every meal in her pushchair. Not five star.

We changed the rooms dirty, two during our 3 days stay, until we were asked to move us to the Palace Hotel where we were last year which, although it has a star, is less, much, much better than the Marina hotel, services, food very bad for the hotel with 5 stars. For that price, everything would be kind of durable if the beach wasn't so small, that people would get up at 4 in the morning to leave towels, because after that there was no place on the beach. Palas much better choice, much better staff, food, about the beach not to talk about.Palm Marina deserves 3 stars

Where should I start, the pool area was perfect lots of room an quit.The rooms are OK, nice and big but thanks where it stops, for a 5star hotel the food is terrible you can get the same quality at a 3 star hotel. Same food every day, the atmosphere is very cold, and you only get really good service if you pay a tip. Plus if you want a nice place to sit at the pool area you need to get up Early and place a towel on the chairs you want. After 2 days no more cola, and juice at the pool. It is my opinion after 10 years of coming to tunisia, that the El Mourad Bothers do not care about their hotel chain anymore...
