I go to take my card and my RIB respecting the appointment that this pseudo bank has defined. The person supposed to give me my documents is absent !!!!! Before the blatant lack of respect I ask for the closure of the account. You are forcing me to make a complaint with customer service not fucked up to answer a simple question. I ask for deadlines to close the account their response: no deadline !!!! ستنا تو نرجعولك !!!!! In short I strongly recommend this pseudo bank
The only 100% free bank in Tunisia!
- Previously, they communicated better online via chat with customers, now you have to make a complaint by email for each request for help.
- The WE START bank card is of very poor quality and folds very easily compared to other cards from other banks.
- The we start card is capped at 1000dt / week only.
- The WE TRUST offer is very expensive at 96DT / year !! Amen First Bank has better benefits at a cheaper rate than the We Trust offer.
