A magical place is the pasha palace of the Husseinite era. Luxurious rooms and lounges for dancing and guests.

Raqqada is the second city to be taken by the princes, located 10 kilometers south-east. Today, only traces of conservation have been preserved. They have been integrated into a 20-hectare park where a presidential palace was built in the 1960s, which later turned into a museum and research center specialized in Islamic civilization in Tunisia. The hall of the entrance to the Great Mosque in Kairouan has been dedicated. It features a magnificent wooden model that was completed on a scale of 50/1, with a section at the level of the minaret and a central saucer allowing the visitor to discover various architectural characteristics. This is not permitted by a visit that is bound to be fleeting. Below this model is a small version of the mihrab of this mosque as well. This hall is followed by a ceramic hall where an important collection of pottery vessels dates back to the reigns of the majority (9th century) and Fatimid (tenth century), mainly from the sites of Raqqada and Sabra (near Kairouan). Then comes the money hall and has a very important collection of money that depicts African economic history for more than six centuries. The most beautiful hall in the museum is called the dome hall, which attracts the attention of visitors accurately decorations, and retract their glass and supervision of the park. In this room there were precious pieces of crystal, lead and bronze. Finally, the Koranic Quranic Hall contains newspapers from the Holy Quran on slavery characterized by different forms and elegance of lines and diversity of methods and richness of its features, which makes this collection treasure priceless
