Nice hotel, and nice seawiew
Second time visiting this hotel.
Staff are amazing. Views are breath taking.
Good size big swimming pool and kids pool.
Positives
1) Animation team are amazing and friendly
2) You don't have to get up early to get a sunbed. There's still some free at 10am
3) Bat staff friendly
Negatives
1) Reception staff are rude and not customer friendly
2) Usually a long wait for drinks. Can be 10-20 mins
3) Room was sub-standard and air-con barely worked.
4) ATM in hotel rarely has cash...and reception frequently run out
5) Food is shocking!! Doesn't cater for English at all.
Would I go back to this hotel? Not a chance!!
Love the Tunisian people however as they're so friendly and appreciative
