This is a family friendly hotel I enjoyed my stay there. The staff are accommodating and really friendly. The beach is really clean and they have good service in the restaurant at the beach, they can be a little bit slow sometimes. There are three pools in the hotel, and all of them are clean and good for swimming. The only downside is that at midnight there are no additional services (cafes And restaurants in hotel close early) and in general there is no room service.

I will try to be fair given that I found myself shoehorned into this hotel because the hotel I actually booked--the Royal Marhaba Beach--was closed after I booked it. I was promised rooms of the same quality, but this was not the case at all; Marhaba Beach was renovated last year, and there is an enormous difference in comfort and quality aside from the difference in both price and rating between the two. Another major problem here is the noise levels at all hours; very loud music accompanying aerobics classes during the day, and at night the lobby turns into a dance floor. Staff were friendly at first given the move but the next morning en route to breakfast I was asked to pay my bill before proceeding, since I contacted my booking company to have the rest of my stay canceled. I did so and skipped breakfast, but when I advised the front desk agent that the polite thing to do was allow me to have breakfast first (which I paid for anyways in cash), he told me something about 6000 French guests suddenly leaving the country, as if that had something to do with my bill. Other than this minor offense staff were friendly, rooms and hallways clean but certainly in need of work.
