Excellent hotel plenty to eat and do

The hotel in terms of service for 2 stars, who assigned it 4 is not clear. In the main restaurant, food is not clear what, such as boiled onions for a side dish. There aren’t enough plates; there are constant lines behind them, as well as behind glasses. After you still take the plate, stand in line for something more or less edible. Waiters do not clean tables, dirt as in a stable. Regarding the largest water park, do not have illusions. There are also huge lines first for the “cheesecake” and then to the hill itself. Because they sell tickets to local and vacationers from other hotels. But mostly locals come. Only very patient people can have fun there. A ride from one hill takes about 20 to 30 minutes. The only plus is the sea. Clean and warm, sand. There are always free sunbeds on the beach. A lot of resting Arabs, they prefer to relax by the pool. In my opinion, they turn the restaurant into a stable, apparently features of national traditions. I do not recommend going here. Regarding drinks at the bar, the line gives two glasses in one hand. So it was rare for a child to take two beers for himself and his spouse + sprite. Drinking three glasses of beer is another 30 minutes in line. Yes, beer is not poured into beer glasses, but into plastic 200 gram glasses. In short, the hotel in terms of service is complete SLAG. The bartenders, waiters, reception manager don't give a damn about you.

Especially do not go to Thalassa Sousse. It's a scam. This is not worthy of a hotel name, I call it more than a shabby carousel with dormitories and canteen. Air conditioner activated between 15h00 and 5h00 only and even after 15h00 it is always hot. Very bad home. Meal at the non-edible buffet restaurant. Room with a single waiter so son waiting infinite to have a coca cola without pressure served in plastic glass washed with yellowish water. Room service almost non-existent and unbearable odors to the toilet. Although it's all inclusive you only have one bottle of water per family every 24 hours, paying wifi (3500 per hour) and available only at the reception, even the TV remote control is not free. Receptionist overloaded and who use the big word in Arabic especially with the tourist. And a disrespectful reception chef to everyone. And if you dare put a message on Facebook against the hotel you will be harassed and thrown out. If you do not believe me go see the reviews of customers in traveladvisor.fr and avoid the positive reviews that are made only by their commercial. I swear I'm not exaggerating.

Were in this hotel with a child 4 years old. We liked it, even more so for my daughter. A good aqua park, there are three pools, one large, one for children (not even a pool, but an aqua park) and a pool where the local population is allowed. The beach, although small, is very clean and soft sand. There was always plenty of space. A separate conversation about the dining room. 2000 people will not fit, so the meals are divided into two meals at lunchtime. There are a lot of dishes. (yesterday's products are used to prepare new dishes) but this is noticeable and we ate what today's 😁. In fact, everything is edible. Sausages, as elsewhere, are paper or soy. Naturally, there is no pork. A lot of turkey, beef not often. I really liked the animation team. Children are always busy, cheerful and happy. You don't have to leave the territory, there is nowhere to go. Tried to find alcohol by shopping, unsuccessful. Take with you from the dutik as much as you can bring 😉. Cocktails are made from already diluted whiskey, rum and vodka. Liquor is very expensive in stores, and it is difficult to find these stores. It is better not to try the local moonshine, although it is also sold in duty free, but the smell of burnt rubber is tough. In the evening, the animators try and they do it well. Once Russian tourists made a scandal with a fight, but the security guards reacted quickly and no one was hurt. We lived in a bungalow. I have not been to other rooms. What they write here for cleaning, so without 25 rubles for our money, they will simply wipe the floors, and for 1 dinar there will be flowers from towels and fresh towels and everything will be as it should in the bathroom. In general, I recommend to those who like to sit in the hotel and on the beach. Kind family vacation

Just horror !!! I paid for myself and 2 children, more than 115 thousand came out, arrived, entered the room and there everything was dirty in the sand, the hike after the old campers wasn’t even cleaned. It was also dirty all over the hotel. And the worst thing that we drink from unwashed glasses at the bottom of which is some sort of dirt, I'm just in shock !!!
