Ruined my root touch up, I ended up with 3 different colors of blonde. The girl bleaching my hair clearly lacked basic knowledge of hair styling (she applied bleach to my root first, leaving me with a ring of extra bleached hair). When I asked them to fix it the employees blamed me for the bad results, they eventually fixed it but it looked the same. All employees were rude to me, even the owner. When they were trimming my hair the girl WIPED HER NOSE on her hand THEN TOUCHED MY HAIR (which is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary in a pandemic), and gave me the worst trim I've ever seen. The salon owner said my hair was ruined because Tunisia doesn't import the proper products for my hair type, which is not true because I had my hair fixed at a much better salon after this experience. It disgusts me that the owner would try to give me a negative impression of tunisia instead of taking responsibility for his terrible hairdressing abilities and management.
