Make a fool of tourists, be vigilant. I bought a SIM card with 4gb, in fact it turned out 0.2gb.

Poor service. The employees are not courteous they are not respectful. I returned my flybox and I no longer want to do business with this shop. I pay my flybox until July 31 and they tell me to pay August September October and November because I did not cancel my contract while I paid until July and it is not a subscription. Great service and when you get upset you are told to be more respectful. Bravo

a team of thieves! Saturday at 11 am I bought 25g of data at 34 dinars in my store on my 4g key. I stipulate in the conversation that I am going back to France on Monday and that I need it because on Sunday I am celebrating my engagement and I wanted to put music on youtube during the event. At 4 p.m., I plug in my key and see that I have no balance. I run to the agency and I arrive there at 5 pm. I ran into another lady who told me that indeed her colleague from the morning had the wrong number and had therefore loaded the 25giga to another person. I therefore ask that the 25g be recharged on my number. This lady tells me that it is impossible because her manager is not there. So I repaid 34 dinars in view of the weather ... This lady says that I have to return on Monday because her manager will be present to give me cards "as a gesture of goodwill" or to see with the first lady who was wrong to reimburse me in cash. Orange reminder: compensating a loyal customer because of your error is not a commercial gesture but quite simply something normal and logical !!!!!! I come back on Monday, of course, the second lady tells me that the lady who made the mistake works in the afternoon. Her manager was not present but oddly she was ok to give me compensation cards. While on Saturday she could not because her manager was not there. We are going to say that the first lady who made a mistake it happens the error is human even if I find it suspicious that she was wrong when I said that I was going back to France on Monday ... But the second lady who was disrespectful in her words is she the biggest responsible for my discontent. Because it was not just Saturday when she noticed her colleague s mistake and did not want to load me the data so that I repay 34d and that she spends her premiums. So I am going to cancel my phone and data chips and go to a team that respects customers from France.
