Super Slow service and bad loud music. the food is ok but the waiter was unhappy with the "generous" tip I have given and asked for more and asked for more because according to him there were 3 people handling our table

Went with few friends ( 2 girls 2 guys) to celebrate my friend's birthday, we had a reservation for 6 and went there at 11 o'clock. They didn't even want to check their list.. The gorilla at the door just insisted on us leaving because the club was "full". Just a bunch of gorillas enjoying their 5 minutes of power...

Seriously when are we going to get better service in such places , as a tunsian i feel really ashamed in front of my foreighners friends. A lot of customer service orientation id needed I would rather saty in a just a bar would be much bettet 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Nicely decorated lounge / restaurant / bar overlooking the beach, with good vibes. Music is not as loud as in neighbouring places, allowing for a good chat with friends. The menu has a selection of traditional local dishes (e.g. brik, ojja, lablebi), burgers, pizzas, Lebanese, Japanese and international food. A bit overpriced. Annoyingly many options were unavailable. I was most disappointed with the service though. We could not get beach-front tables as they were supposedly reserved, and no one showed up. There were plenty of waiters, however we could only be served by one person who was covering our table. The guy disappeared for a (long) while and we could not ask for the bill. We went to pay, even his colleagues could not find him as they needed him to check us out. Really a shame! I would have ranked this place much higher if it was not for the service... This place is very popular on weekends and reservation is required. There is a car park outside.
