We were so disappointed on the way the owner of this business dealt with the money issue. We picked a pink dress for rent for my sister in law and the owner agreed to add a top to the dress included in the rent fee ( no extra charges).Then she changed her mind and charged an extra 50 td for the rent of the top. We accepted since we were under time constraints. When we returned the outfit after the occasion we were surprised again, she charged an extra 20 td for a super tiny stain and we paid her even though the stain was very tiny. Then the following day she called for an extra 50 td for the zipper. We were super disappointed and upset with the lack of transparency from the beginning. We believe that transparency and honesty are what brings success. We wanted to share our experience so people know what to expect.

Extremely disappointed with the relationship. We ordered a dress for my sister at the Kram Fair. The dress was beautiful and the final is successful but it will be the only positive point and that will not be enough for us to return. First, the price announced at the fair is different from the one we are offered in the shop (the belt of the dress is no longer included), change of appointment fitting in all directions as my sister had n nothing to do and then some non-challence (not to say bad faith) in the behavior of the lady. In short, the room is beautiful but unfortunately I do not recommend this address at all.
