This is the most disgusting hotel. A total disappointment. No light. Not clean. The bed is covered with blood. The service is so disappointing... this is really the most miserable hotel that I have ever been in. I don't recommend it at all.
The location of the hotel is excellent , near to the museum of Dar Chraeit. Staff are nice , the food is normal taste good and kids like it. Choice are limited but. Room are clean
Poor service, unclean and dilapidated rooms, pool area requires renovation and the restaurant food is poor quality. This hotel has a 4 star rating and probably was once but has fallen into disrepair and the service has degraded to match the decor.
I stayed at this hotel one night from 31/10/2018 and I left the 01/11/2018. It’s mid-range hotel.
No hot water room very basic and lock on door broken took 3 days to fix despite asking daily. Expensive drinks. Indoor pool cold
