really unfortunate what happened today at the OVS Mall Sousse. I bought two men's pajamas on 9/22/2020 at 11:53 am. When I got home I discovered that one of the two pajama pants had holes in it. Today, 9/25/2020 at 10:30 am I returned to the OVS Mall Sousse to change my pajamas. I brought pajamas with tags still attached and a payment receipt. The cashier told me that she could not make the change in the absence of the manager who would arrive at 12:00. Unbelievable, I had to wait almost 2 hours !!! When the manager arrived at 12, he told me that I could not have the change because I could have made the "hole" in my house !!! Unbelievable !! unbelievable !! I took my laundry pajamas and preferred to leave rather than argue. I am Italian, OVS was born in Italy, I have always been an OVS customer, never, never has such a thing happened. I had and have the right to exchange it for what was purchased, obviously OVS in Tunisia, specifically in Sousse, does not offer good customer service. Too bad.
