I put 2 stars just for the store and the products offered. I detail so that my opinion can move things forward. I called that same morning to ask for 2 Samsung 24 'screens to be prepared for me to pick them up at 1 p.m. At 1:00 p.m. on the spot, order not prepared, I was told a half hour wait. I made an errand to come back at 2pm, order not ready. I still had to wait a good 15 minutes on the spot, complaining so that my order was finally prepared. I work I couldn't afford to wait nicely. Once the screens finally arrived, I wanted to know if it was possible to negotiate the price, I said that the price was 420 dinards per unit on the site so the 2 to 800 dinards :) The seller m 'said max 415 dinars per unit ... Once in front of his computer, surely to check the price, he announces to me that it is ok for 800 dinards. I found it suspicious and I was right, after checking the site the unit price was actually 385 dinards per unit, or 770 dinards for 2 without any discount. I had seen a lot of screen the day before I confused it with the price of another screen. The seller clearly wanted to take advantage of the situation to extract 30 dinards from me ... I find this behavior scandalous! This is not how we treat a new customer who had to make other purchases in addition to that to refresh his computer park (pro customer). I asked the salesperson to charge me the right price without even trying to negotiate with these kind of dishonest people who try to steal their customers. Very bad experience which ruins the reputation of a store because of an employee who is a little too greedy. Hoping that the owner or a manager will come across this message in order to reframe his staff and never try to defraud his customers again.
