I vallée them to check if they have available enligne paying card they said yes , i drove 20 km then she said its late Can you came back tomorrow , i said its urgent , she lifted some cards in her hand and said they are all expired !! Thats the wordt bank ive ever been in 😡

Horrible customer service. They NEVER pick up on the phone and if you are lucky enough to get an answer they don't help.

For 19 months, attijari bank tunisie has withdrawn six euros per month of expenses from my account, while waiting to return 270 euros that were stolen from my credit card, as the Houmet Souck court has already ruled. I no longer deposited any money in my account, so as not to have it stolen from me. Currently there are 6.34 euros left, in April they will have taken ALL MY MONEY! Beware of your international credit card issued by this bank! He is easily cloned, the bank he is not interested in leaving you your stolen money, completely disinterested, no answers, even the head office of Tunis does not answer, total disinterest. 290 euros were stolen from Gammarth in August 2019, I did all the paperwork to be reimbursed, total disinterest, today I have not had anything yet. I also wrote to the head office in Tunis, they never gave me an answer! It's incredible! It's not a bank, it's a market! I was forced to file a complaint with the Houmet Souck court.
