Rude staff on the phone. I call them to see if they are open on a Saturday, and the lady on the phone answers me smugly, reminding me that if there is someone to pick up it necessarily means that they are open. Obviously, that I am stupid. A 'yes' would have been enough. But hey, not all businesses have polite staff.
