A very very unpleasant experience !!!!! One designer absolutely avoided, no professionalism. Don't keep it is promise. What a shame......

Very unpleasant experience. The boss of this store was very haughty and insulting allowing us to threaten if we ever tired the dresses (while the laundry is included in the price of the rental!) The dress rented did not correspond to what I expected: during fittings there were missing rhinestones that the employees had committed to put back for the day of the rental. To our surprise the rhinestones were not put back in place and the boss began to scream at us and insult us when we pointed out. What lack of respect and professionalism. I will never set foot in this shop again. To escape absolutely!
