Un tout grand merci à Ahmed en premier car il a été notre ange gardien. Présent à chaque instant pour nous rassurer, nous expliquer, nous calmer quand les émotions débordaient, une gentillesse et un respect hors norme, merveilleuse personne.
Viennent ensuite tout le personnel de la clinique et de l'hôtel. Un petit regret tout de même, ne pas avoir eu la possibilité de rencontrer celle avec qui nous avons tout organisé depuis des mois, Douha, dommage.
Je recommande vivement Estitika Tour.

From my request for a quote, preparations for departures (and yet during the Covid-19 period), from our arrival at the airport to the operation, everything was on top! The follow-up with the director of the agency, the accompaniment by our driver and accompanying Ahmed, everything was particularly perfect ... you have shown unlimited benevolence and precious help, if it had to be done again I will do it again with my eyes closed .. It is with deep sincerity and extraordinary satisfaction that I recommend the EstetikaTour agency with my eyes closed. At the beginning, spotted through word of mouth, I decided to try the experience not without apprehension. I was amazed at the quality of service on all points. Coming from France, I underwent lipofilling of the buttocks, an intervention operated by the surgeon Dr Balti. We are assisted from start to finish, the staff are incredibly welcoming, smiling, available, accommodating and we even got a tour of the ruins of Carthage. Not to mention the most important: the absolutely incredible surgical result. You have changed my life. Thank you to the agency director who provided essential support, to all the staff of the Pasteur clinic as well as to the staff of the partner hotel.
