A bad customer service the workers don't even know the characteristic of there products and when you ask them anything they will say i don't know or they will send you to there colleagues.
The only good thing is the prices.
And they said that they will install windows for free then they wasted my time for an hour waiting and when i came back home i found out that they didn't install nothing 😡
Very bad service. Workers don’t even know who is responsible of each category of products. Website never updated, You find an available product in the website and when you go there to get it they say they don’t have it, and that happened twice for me.
No wonder their store is always empty.
