All Tunisian electronic suppliers buy from the same importers, so you get the same overpriced trash everywhere. It looks like they sell refurbished or otherwise low quality stuff for the price of new devices. What separates these resellers is basically how they react to reclamations that you will certainly encounter unless you're really lucky. On multiple occasions, Tunisianet delivered defective devices. Out of 8 hard disks, 4 where not working or had SMART errors after days of usage. Sometimes, they replace them. At the latest occasion it took weeks before they answered a reclamation. They promise to call back, but don't. After more weeks and many attempts to call or email them, they keep not responding and plainly refuse to exchange the device. Its impossible to even get to talk to management. You can only contact hotline personal that will shield their bosses and promise call backs that never happen. Other problems: - A desktop computer had multiple problems (a defect disk, the graphics card did not work) - A NAS with preinstalled disks came half installed (the disks were not screwed to the frames) and half the disks were not working at all. - A speaker had disconnected soldered contacts and the casing was destroyed (had the speaking hanging out) - Multiple deliveries were incomplete. I payed the full invoice once because they promised they would deliver the following day, but they never did (only small stuff, still annoying). Out of all bad experiences I had with multiple companies, Tunisianet is by far the worst and most frustrating. If you buy something from Tunisianet, make sure never to pay cash (they have a reason not to easily accept payments by cheque), never to trust any promises that you cannot enforce, check every item they deliver or that you pickup in their shop before you pay. It's almost certain that something will not work out of the box. If they assemble custom options, open the device to make sure they did their job correctly. My advice would be to buy elsewhere. There are no reliable resellers in Tunisia, but you will rarely encounter a worse company than Tunisianet.
