They are real sharks, liars, I bought 4 air conditioners plus the installation, they promised me an all-inclusive service since I paid for the installation or the technician asked me to buy in addition to the cables and other materials when it was initially included in the price of the installation. I contacted them, they did not want to hear anything and asked me to return the air conditioners. No commercial sense, no commercial gesture for an invoice of 5940DT it's a shame. I do not recommend them to be avoided at all costs🤬
