Very bad experience whose peak was reached by the refusal of the saleswoman (not courteous) to my request to cancel a sale to spend a new 5 seconds after finalizing the first. I had just bought a sweater (still on the counter) and wanted to swap it for another when I read on the label that it was polyester. The saleswoman seemed to be frightened by her superiors since she hammered at all times that their administration was very strict. It seems to me especially that in such a business the administration must be "customer friendly" and build customer loyalty. Not push it back as just this shop 1 2 3.
