Our child attended the facility for less than two weeks. Of course with bona fide intentions we paid for the required 4 months costs plus a deposit. In the end, the owner never refunded any of the amount we requested. She purposefully refused to answer our phone calls to arrange when we could have our refund given to us - unless we called using someone else's phone. She did not answer our emails. Her response to us as to why she did not return our advance payment, was because no one had come to take our child's place at the facility. This of course, is incorrect, unless of course, no one new has entered the facility since our child left. Definitely NOT recommended.

We had a very bad experience with Kids Club, I registered my son at this establishment when he was 2 and a half years old. Once, when I went with my husband to pick up my baby, I found him in a terrible situation, it was summer, it is so hot, during the whole session, they did not even bother to take off his hat, he was crying, he was sweating. I took my son out of this preschool, incompetence, neglect and unprofessionalism. Small rooms, children are crowded by 12 in small rooms. Their techniques are to let the child cry until he gets tired ...
