I haven't had the chance to do anything since I wasn't even given a proper appointment. I called them quite a few times about my appointment, two weeks in advance, the first time the receptionist took my name and contact details and promised to confirm in the following days. I specified that I need an appointment before the end of the month since I have to go abroad. I waited two weeks, nothing, no confirmation. I call them another time they are not reachable, a 4th time they answer me and they promise to call me back in 15 minutes (still nothing it's been 2 days now) So, I'm already disappointed and I no longer have the time to look elsewhere. (BIG THUMBS DOWN)
