Good to say .... I booked an excursion I called the day before to confirm the time. 1 hour later I am called to tell me that the car is down. Something I can understand. I go to the agency the next day and I am told that I can make the excursion in the afternoon .... this gentleman had something to contact me to warn me but I must go to the agency for me informs that it is possible. For me it is not serious. I will not go back there anymore. Too bad I'm a big spendiere when I go to Tunisia especially for recreation. This message is addressed to the boss to be more commercial and less condescending. For the rest of the team I have nothing to say they are nice.
