Dr.Fethi Nouira and his Team Are the best Ever !

I have visited this clinic two days ago at 4:00 pm to take an appointment. The receptionist informed me that appointments system is down and they are scheduled to start taking appointments from next April (in two months)!! She also said that the best way to see the doctor is by coming on Thursdays between 6:00 & 7:00 am!! She also worn me that there will be a long waiting but they will take my cell phone number to call me back after my arrival. This morning, Thursday, Feb 20th, 2020, I arrived at 7:05 am and I waited for almost 10 minutes to speak to the receptionist (different person) who was busy supporting other patients. There were at least 40 patients ahead of me!!!! When I asked her to register my name, she said they can’t as they have already many patients and they have stopped taking any more patients at 6:00 am!!! I said when I spouse you arrive then? At 5:00 am, she answered. 😅 I find this clinic is very disrespectful in many levels: - false information made by the receptionists - lack of communication regarding their opening hours. - bringing people as early as 5:00 am shows that this clinic is a one man show who doesn’t trust bringing more staff to improve his patients experience. - having no appointment system shows how careless this clinic is when it comes to patients’ time and comfort. I would never come back and I would recommend the owner to take “time management training courses” which will hopefully impact his patients satisfaction positively. The Tunisian people deserve a better life style and respect.
