Another restaurant reserved for smokers! So everything tastes like tobacco ... I don't understand why we don't serve in an ashtray rather than on a plate 🤔 If you have good addresses where non-smokers are respected, please let us know!

We entered the pseudo lounge at 11:30 p.m., we ordered three non-alcoholic cocktails (15d the cocktail). The waiter answered us clearly: "I'm not going to serve you, you only ordered non-alcoholic cocktails! , we have to get out! He asked us to go sit at the counter which looks like nothing except that there is not even a place where he asks us to go. We naturally went to see the boss, she told us not to worry and that we will be served in a few minutes. An hour passed, we were not yet served. We went to ask the waiter who told us that nothing has changed and that he will not serve us. We went to see the boss who just arrived a second time but, same words, same promises: "don't worry, you will be served in a few minutes." The server passing in front of us with other orders, we asked him once again for cocktails but always the same response (I did not place my order and go see the boss again). We went to see the boss a third time, but always words without effect. We ended up leaving voluntarily because we can no longer bear this total contempt. We have visited several countries in the world, Never has such a thing happened. The boss is French, but his manners are lower than meanness. We went to see him three times: each time, he reassures us but we do not was never served. We live in France and such a thing would never have been possible. Really shocked because their attitude is against all ethics, all commercial policy and especially the law. We decided to take the matter to the Ministry of Commerce.
