Absolutely amazing traditional Tunisian cuisine. Highly recommend the place. Service was second to none, very welcoming and friendly staff.

Danger of being trapped and ripped off. Petit Pêcheur was recommended by our hotel but the bill turned out to be extortionate at DT 176 for two people plus children (who shared some ravioli) with no drinks at all. The food was good but the trick they played was to invite us around the back to choose from the fresh catch then they charged DT 70 for the starter and DT 45 for the main course my wife chose! The most expensive fish for main course on the menu was DT 40. There were many Tunisian customers and the waiter appeared embarrassed when we said the amounts he was charging us out loud. No way any of them would have been charged that. Reported back to the hotel to make sure no more recommendations. Manager of hotel told me even he had been shocked at what he had been charged recently (was not him personally who had recommended it).
