Hello, I allow myself to write this opinion because this travel agency is a shame. Reservation made in March for a honeymoon in early August 2019. Arrived at the hotel, we stayed for 3 nights and then one morning we were told to leave the room. To our astonishment we do not understand. After looking for the super pretentious, unpleasant and aggressive woman who owns the agency with her husband sold our stay to another couple twice as expensive. We serve to find at the door without anything. We did not let go, we went to file a complaint and appealed to the djerba tourism officer whom I thank enormously. We were able to find another room and our trip ended well. I put a star because it is by obligation because it deserves not even SO CAUTION TO FUIR THESE ARE HIGH-LEVEL ESCROTS.
