very bad accommodation , the heater does not work despite what asked to fix it many times , the internet is very bad also (very slow) , and for the food is only pasta and only cheap things, the price is very expensive compared to the service , you will throw your money away ,look for other hotels , i do not recommend.

I came at this hotel in 2019 and my journey was awesome there, the staff are friendly ( from room service maids to entertainers all of them) the food is nice, there’s a remarquable variety in the menu every day, the rooms are clean, the outdoor activities are one of my most favorite ( yoga, water-aerobics, stretchings .. it goes by a program ) I enjoyed it everyday. I hardly recommend it, I’ll certainly try to come back 😍

I came for a Tunisian Holiday recently to this Hotel, all in all I had a great experience, amazing weather, very friendly staff, animators are absolutely fab guys, reception staff was very helpful, kind and ready to help whenever in need for WIFi, the reception director is truly knowledgeable and kind person! Personally speaking once again I had a great holiday, well done to hotel staff! Definitely recommend it for English people as well!
