Not worth 5 stars, definitely not for an Iberostar resort. Not enough variation in buffet. Poor building quality following 'refurbishment' (it took 3 days and multiple reclamations to the reception in order to have it repaired). No spa nor fitness available (however possibility to enjoy the fitness from the resort next door) . The only real positive element is the friendly staff & animation team.

We went for our honey moon. First of all, they took our passports, gave them two days later, no checks for money exchange were given, at the empty reception area I was told to wait, because there is so much work to do, and they just kept talking. Got a room that was dirty, with the cleaners kit still in there. Next one had ashes all over the bed, stable and cigarette buts all over. After cleaning still no towels, no water, you have to go and ask, and the next day we only got one small foot towel. Animation is poor, still on going construction, very loud. The pool beds, people literally fight over them, staff does nothing, not even looking that way. No gym, spa is a joke. Staff tried to steal a phone, stole sunglasses right from under our noses, but if you didn't catch them, what can you do. We also lost a ring in the pool, pool boy said to come back in two days, maybe then he can help!!! would not come back, these people lack skills, humanity and do not care about their jobs, Receptionist Ali, whose job is to literally know anything and everything told me, that he doesn't know where the animators live in this hotel, because he's just the receptionist, he's not supposed to know where people live!!! Horrible service, would not come back.
