Service is bad and lacks amenities. Just use it for in an out travels, if you stay then you'll get a bad experience (toilets are bad, not enough seats, no AC...)

My bus was supposed to depart at 9:30, and it finally arrived at the station 1.5 hours late. When the passengers boarded the bus, everything was smooth until the bus broke down on the highway. Pictured is the view I saw while waiting for a new bus to come for an hour, at the time I was already supposed to be arriving at El Jem, my destination. I heard praise for the intercity buses, but I do not recommend them at all! Zero punctuality, will take the train next time.

Expect a delay especially on holiday seasons, a bit dirty station and usually crowded
