I did a drain today on 03/06/2019. I confirm to you that the service is null of null, with the reception one finds a woman (Chamta) who speaks with a lot of effort, I ask explanations concerning the invoice they do not answer, an old man has the reception which speak with customers as if we work at home ... Thanks Kia Ben Arous :-(

Very poor service especially the receptionist who does not respect the customers in addition to the lack of necessary repairs without informing me. Really after 7 years of repair the service is more and more mediocre since the last two years.
