Beautiful showroom with helpful and attentive staff. Looking forward to visit Suzuki again!

My expectations weren't hight but I'm so disappointed that I wish I went for ice cream instead. Bad customer service. I went to purchase a car and they didn't even take the time to discuss what options can be added and what was the procedure. Also, their numbers were on voicemail! No email address was communicated but my guess is that they won't check it like for the phones... Also the waiting time for cars is around 3 years! That's just too much and should improve. I don't know if it's the fault of manufacturing procedure, logistics or if there was a major defect that they had to pull off all their cars and fix that defect before selling again. No info from customer service about that. Only good thing is that there was hand sanitizer in there for customers and staff. ------- Edit: it took 8 months of phone call tries, a webform request, and an angry visit for them to call and answer a simple question. They even take the time to pick the phone and immediately hang up on you. Very awful customer service.
