Supposedly for 2 hours of time.
I arrived too early in the morning to get back in the car around noon.
I returned around 2:00 p.m. I stayed all afternoon waiting until the end of the day for the oil change not to be done. The only answer from them if I can come back the next day.
I had refused.
I had asked to see a manager.
The answer.
You can't argue with a manager. It's a shame. I had called this morning for a diagnosis. The only answer: your car. Since 2018 has not been serviced by us, we cannot receive it in our garage.
