the dashboard of my kuga ecoboost 1.5 bought from Alpha Ford Tunisia in July 2018 is spontaneously peeled in different regions with indelible detachments of the exterior surfaces. they refused to repair this damage under warranty which is still valid, they accused me to have used a chemical that I categorically deny in addition they give no written or email response to be able to file a complaint. SCAM SCAM Beware I paid dearly look at the pictures

Customer service never answers the phone. What level !!!

I see that the reception is not bad and the service is fast enough with a real effort to lighten the bill but the problem lies in the lack of communication with the technicians and the lack of feedback after maintenance or repair of the vehicle, the site is quite far from the city center with lack of service around (restaurant, cafes) and painful waiting to get a taxi
