Bab Bahr is one of the doors of the old city of Tunis.
Built in the Aghlabid era, is located in the eastern wall of the ancient city. Tells some of the beliefs that the sea was reaching him, which never happened. But he took his name from being opened to the sea. It is actually located off the lake of Tunis, making it easy to move between the city and the harbor in the lake.
