Trains are managed by the Tunisian National Railway Company (SNCFT) and serve several nerve centers in the country: Hammam-Lif, Bizerte, Grombalia, Bir Bou Rekba, Hammamet, Nabeul, Enfidha, Sousse, Monastir, Mahdia, El Jem , Sfax, Mahrès, Gabès, Gafsa and Metlaoui. With rotations of up to 18 per day for Tunis-Sousse, 6 for Tunis-Hammamet-Nabeul or 14 for Tunis-Béja.
The SNCFT suburban network includes the Tunis-Hammam Lif-Borj Cedria and Sousse-Monastir-Mahdia lines.
