A bit pricy but you understand when you see the exceptional service! I felt like I was given a new car and it was actually delivered on time (something very rare here!). Excellent job and thank you very much Avis Tunisia for making my stay here problems free in the car rental department!

There are worst car rentals in Tunisia. BUT this one specifically deserves a star. First of all, it's like to reserve a car in a flea market. No one knows a word of English so it's hard to have a fluent conversation with the CS at the airport. The lady on the reception says a price for the whole journey, then a guy take you to where the car is and SURPRISE, the car is like 2 years old but seems 15 years old. Also, they charged me 80 euros more in TDN due I paid by credit card. Incredible hahahaha. I took the car because I was annoyed, all car rentals were overbook so it was the only option at the time and Tunis Airport is not the best place to stay. Messy AF. Anyway, the car had 3 flat tires I did not bother inflate them or whatever. It was without gasoline, just running with the reserve tank and inside the car the last customer spill coke (hope this instead of vomit) and peanuts all over the place. Got my foot stuck on the carpet after 6 hours travel to Douz for this reason.

Unreliable. Disrespectful. Could not care less about customers. Car booked for 20 days but not available. Do not expect Avis international standards to apply or Avis customer services to be of any help.

Terrible. Infinite timeout. Any other option is better and especially cheaper. A shame.
