Dima was recommended to us by Four Seasons Tunis and I was put in touch with Yousre who spoke English. The communication was great, we discussed everything through email and whatsapp and they kindly agreed to deliver the car to Sidi Bou Said and then collect from Four Seasons. This service meant that we could start our road trip across Tunisia fairly quickly (no other car rental company I spoke with was offering this, which was very unique). It was very smooth and easy process, Sami kindly took payment when he dropped the car off and also the collection was very smooth. The car was clean, had AC and good boot space. We had no issues with driving across Tunisia and the car never broke down. Thanks so much Dima, we will be sure to hire from you again when in Tunisia!

I advise against it, after taking the vehicle I take the road I hear a noise I call the guy he tells me that there is nothing at all the vehicle leaves the garage, I arrive at my destination I find the tire in very bad condition it is he who made the noise, he asks me to change it and bring back the invoice for reimbursement, on return no reimbursement no commercial gesture, poor quality vehicle very poorly maintained person listening I advise against
