Appointment on Monday afternoon for passport renewal. Appointment this morning at 10 30. Super fast and very kind everyone! From the employees to the guys at the entrance !!!

I sent an invitation to my wife's cousin to spend the holidays from us from August 5th to 30th, 2019. the boy is younger and happy. I did all the documentation, and spending 335.00 euro. the minor with his mother is presented at the office to receive an entry visa , Tourism. the employee's reply. which can occur on August 29 for have an entry visa in Italy. These are really stupid, I pretend not to understand. The boy has to make the trip with the ship, when the permit is expired in Naples and he has to go back. tell me what you think.

The staff is not qualified. My husband went to sign the consent for the release of our children's passports and they, wrongly, gave him an assent between parents. Morale had to return a second time, losing time and money to redo the practical.
