PLEASE NOTE:, this store sold me an old refurbished machine and passed it off as a new machine, I bought a Brother printer from them, by editing the printer report, it went turned out that the machine had already been used (2248 copies made) while I paid the price for a new machine.
As of today, the machine is out of service and they do not even want to repair it (while it is still under warranty) under the pretext that using the Kit that was sold to me with this same printer by this same store, the print head was no longer under warranty.
Sorry to have to say it, but it smacks of a company that doesn't give a damn about customer satisfaction!
