I bought an airpurifier from charguia 1
The box came without user guide or user manual so you have to figure out yourself how it works (it has like 6 buttons and two filters)
I called customer support many times and of course they have no idea and asked me to call again so they can link me with technical support ( I called like 5 times /no answer) etc.....
A slow service
