Apparently the collection can not be carried out personally if the company Casavita obliges you to pay the carrier, voluntarily or, if you have paid a deposit, forget it !!! So you pay the carrier !! watch your advertisement carefully

Sorry but according to the sales representative who greeted us, we were clearly given the choice between removing our merchandise from the showroom or will be the carrier and there was never any mention of removal from the factory !! What if your factory would have been in Ben Gardane, what would we have done then ?? Disappointed by the lack of professionalism and from bad to worse for a few dinars, you lose confidence. To the best of my mind!
