Warning! Cancellation of transport at the last minute! "We don't have a bus to take us to the hotel in Jerba, you have to fend for yourself with your family on public transport." The leaders of “wama” said on the phone with cold blood and without asking for an apology. After booking with the wama agency for a stay of 4 days 3 nights at jerba transport included. The agency calls me a few hours before departure to inform me that they have not rented the bus for their own reasons! A bad experience with this agency which shows the lack of professionalism on the part of the managers of the trip.
