Lousy service. They canceled the trip south on the last day, you want your refund, you call them 5 times without clarifying the procedure. At the end they invite you to their agency, they let you wait for their financier for more than an hour and at the end they don't apologize.

I did the 4-day tour from February 20 to 23. Of which I am very unhappy ... the guide made no effort to provide us with explanations in French despite our multiple requests. No communication on return and departure times ... evening cancellation, the order of the circuit changed without notifying us ... hotels far below requests (no pools or activities for the afternoon, choice of very limited meals and lack of diversity, cold / lukewarm water for the shower ...

Not enough space for customers, payment by credit card not accepted, very cumbersome process
