Rooms are clean, big, nice and the view is amazing . Food is nice and delicious although there's not many people they did their best to provide good food. The hotel staff are friendly. Animation is bad well it doesn't even exist . Covered Pool is clean and warm. There's insects one of those bite my arm and it's swollen and painful it's annoying to get a sting by an unknown insect

worst experience ever in Tunisia. no idea who gave 4 stars to this hotel but would rate it as -4 stars. extremely crowded. each single day no forks during lunch and dinner time. impossible to find a table during lunch and dinner time. we were waiting for 1 HOUR to find a table. impossible to have any snacks - waiting time is around 30 minutes in queue an d no guarantee that there will still be something to eat. hotel staff not wearing masks at all and forget about 2 m distance. with offer ultra all inclusive we were told at pool bar that they run out of alcohol. all enterteinment was just in arabic language. all together - don't advise ever to book this hotel. just in case you want to have experience in hunting plates, forks and trying to survive instead of having relax time

Worst experience in my life! No football pitch, no tennis pitch, not possible to workout or to do any sport. The rooms are in a terrible shape. You think having a room with sea view is a good idea?! Will guess again, you'll be sleeping by the beach club. It's 4:03 am an the music is so loud! It's impossible to sleep!!!!! Is that something to ignore when giving a room!!!! Definitely not professional!!! The room is 348 an pictures attached show the beach bar just nearby. Instead of spending 5 days in, I'm leaving in the morning.
