I'm disapointed. I tasted a chocolate brioche at a friend's house and she gave me this address. The first time I went there, I did not find cake or brioche, on the other hand it was only 10:30 am. Okay today I was around again, so I was trying again .... the employees are a disaster. Even though the products are of good quality and taste good, but people treated me in a shocking way. I was in line 3 times, they ignored me. Then I asked something about the bread ... no answer. He began directly to serve the lady behind me. The same junkyard man .... they don't want to sell more than a loaf of bread? I'm sorry but there are plenty of pastry shops in Tunisia ... there is no reason not to welcome customers!
I love the products of this pastry but I am enormously disappointed with the behavior of a waiter: After buying some pastries I wanted to add two things and a coffee and the guy said to me "hurry up and tell me from the start whatever you want to buy… there are customers waiting ”!!! Sorry but I find it unacceptable and rude and especially unprofessional to respond like that to a customer who wants to buy more things from you, I hope that we improve on this point ...
