I had my bridal make-up and hair done here. I spent more than 1h waiting for a cosmetician in a room where 3 people were smoking. When she finally arrived she was surprized that my appointment was scheduled for that day but started to do make-up we agreed on a couple of months ago during a trial. During her work, she constantly chatted with her colleague and took several breaks. When finally done, the make-up looked nothing like we agreed before. I had completely out of shape eyebrows, lips and massive fake lashes. When I asked for corrections, she became mad, started to explain to me that my eyebrows, eyelashes and mouth are too small and that only with a big layer of unnatural make-up, I'll look fine. I insisted on the corrections but at the end I had to ask a friend to help with them as the cosmetician refused to do some. Then I spent 1h waiting for a hairdresser, starting to be late for my wedding ceremony. I had to ask another one to take over. When the hairdresser I had my appointment with arrived, she however did a great and fast job. The salon, and especially the place for putting on make-up, is a bit dirty with unwashed cosmetic brushes and make up dispensers. If this is supposed to be one of the best beauty salons in Tunis, I wouldn't like to see other ones.

Catastrophic service. An unprofessional team, who not only do not know how to do it, but also do not take responsibility for their mistakes. They will not want you to be happy with the outcome - it is obviously not their priority. Avoid at all costs!
