The girl at the front desk doesn't know how to welcome customers at all. No kindness, no sympathy, it makes the customer uncomfortable. This is a very common problem among receptionists in Tunisia. We have to train them. Say hi. Respond to the customer when they ask a question. A little smile is free. The young technicians are fine, kind and helpful, but the girls inside, ellotf ya rabbi. I have been going there for years, I like talking to young technicians, but going to pay at the cash register is a painful moment, it looks like an old civil servant always in a bad mood.
