Mediocre !! For our hotel reservation we WELL insisted on two points: a baby bed and a room in the central block (to avoid the rooms which give directly to the outside). We requested that these two conditions be included in our booking confirmation to avoid any misunderstanding on arrival ... (Especially that traveltodo do not accept any complaint after payment) The lady refused, claiming that everything is ok and that there is no need to worry, bil thi9a and it is not worth noting ... Result: the hotel was not aware of the requests ... they had to improvise everything at the last minute ...
